Gluten-free, dairy-free, naturally sweetened, and vegan!

As long-time fans of Snickers bars, we had to make a healthy version. These may be our tastiest creation yet. Three layers - a date/cashew base, caramel/peanut centre, and chocolate topping - combine for a spectacular flavour and texture. It has definitely become a new favourite!

Makes 10-12 bars.


What you'll need: 


A food processor, a 4x8 (loaf) pan, and a small pot. Parchment, wax, or silicone lining for the loaf pan is required.


Ingredients (standard option) 

Organic coconut flour, raw cashews, dates, organic flax, organic maple syrup, organic coconut oil, dark chocolate chips, almond butter, peanuts, sea salt, vanilla extract.
