Pecan Pie Bars


On our newest recipes we’ve made so far and one we can’t get enough of! The pecan pie bars are nutritious and delicious - filled with healthy fats, protein and fiber, these bars are packed full of flavour and are perfect for the holiday season! We enjoyed making them and can’t wait to hear what you think!

Gluten-free, dairy-free, naturally sweetened, and vegan-friendly!


Makes 12 bars.


What you'll need: 


A mixing bowl, an 8x8 pan, and parchment paper or a silicone mat.



Almond flour, organic coconut flour, tapioca flour, pecans, organic maple syrup, organic virgin coconut oil, organic coconut milk, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, sea salt.
