No-Bake Energy Bars

Gluten-free, dairy-free, naturally sweetened, and vegan!
These energy bars are great for anyone who needs a quick snack, post-workout bite, or something quick and tasty for when the kids get home from school! They just so happen to be our toddlers favourite little mid-morning snack and are packed full of nutrients thanks to the dates, seeds, and almond butter. Energy bars are fast and fun to make, and will be a hit with the whole family.

Gluten-free oats, unsweetened shredded coconut, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, ground flax seeds, dates, almond butter, natural peanut butter, organic virgin coconut oil, organic maple syrup, sea salt.
