What you'll need: 


One egg (two for keto), a mixing bowl, a zester (or grater), and a muffin pan for 12 


Ingredients (standard option) 

Almond flour, oat flour, arrowroot flour, coconut sugar, organic virgin coconut oil, lemons, coconut milk, maple syrup, ground flax seeds, ground chia, xanthan gum, baking powder, vanilla extract, monk fruit/erythritol blend, salt and poppy seeds.

Almond flour, arrowroot flour, monk fruit/erythritol blend, organic virgin coconut oil, organic coconut milk, almond milk, lemons, ground flax seeds, ground chia, xanthan gum, baking powder, poppy seeds, vanilla extract, stevia, and sea salt.
