Sweet, soft and slightly tart lemon blueberry scones. This recipe has to be one of the best scone recipes yet! A great healthy breakfast or snack, this recipe comes with two options. Standard - which is naturally sweetened with maple syrup, or keto - which uses a natural low carb sweetener blend.

Makes 8-12 scones.

 

What you'll need: 

                  

  • One egg
  • A mixing bowl,
  • A baking sheet
  • Parchment paper or a silicone mat are recommended but not required

 

Ingredients (standard option) 

Almond flour, arrowroot flour, organic coconut flour, organic maple syrup, organic virgin coconut oil, organic coconut milk, lemon, blueberries, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, vanilla.

Glaze: monk fruit/erythritol blend, organic coconut milk, vanilla.
