Cinnamon Coffee Cake


Gluten-free, dairy-free, and naturally sweetened coffee cake!

We cannot get enough of this recipe - so impressed by how it turned out, it is a new favourite in the house (especially with a tea or coffee)! Full of flavour, this recipe tastes as delicious as it looks! Fun fact - coffee cake does not actually have any coffee inside of it, its name comes from the ability to pair well with coffee and tea! They even come with a keto option!


Makes 12 squares


What you'll need:


A mixing bowl, and an 8" x 8" baking pan, and one egg
