Coconut Fudge Bars

Gluten-free, dairy-free, naturally sweetened, nut-free, and vegan!
These coconut fudge bars are heavenly! Sweet coconut sandwiching a decadent chocolate fudge. They are super quick to make (no-bake!) and disappeared instantly in our house. Also just happen to be nut-free and vegan-friendly!
Makes 12 bars.
What you'll need:
A food processor (ideally) but a hand mixer or regular blender will work, and a baking sheet
