We needed the perfect decadent cupcakes for family birthday parties so we created this fast and healthy recipe. With an almond flour base and a tasty blend of smooth cocoa and sweet coconut sugar, this recipe is sure to please!

Makes 12-14 cupcakes.

Ingredients:

Almond flour, cocoa, tapioca flour, coconut sugar, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt.

May contain peanuts

What you'll need:

  • Mixing bowl, muffin cups and muffin tray for 12
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (or butter)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or other milk)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or liquid honey
