Carrot Cake Pecan Scones
Gluten-free, dairy-free, and naturally sweetened, with a keto-friendly option!
These carrot cake pecan scones were such a hit - we had to bring them back with fall inspired icing! A delicious carrot and pecan base topped with cinnamon glaze, these scones are moist and delicious! This recipe comes with two options. Standard, which is naturally sweetened with maple syrup, or keto, which is sweetened with a low carb sweetener blend.
Makes 8-12 scones.

One EGG!, A mixing bowl, A baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat, A grater for the carrots.
