Blueberry Crumble Bars


Gluten-free, dairy-free, naturally sweetened, vegan and nut-free!

We love a good blueberry crumble, so we were really excited to create this recipe that was gluten-free and dairy-free, naturally sweetened and vegan. We were even able to make this without the use of added nuts. This is a perfect quick breakfast option, little snack or afternoon treat!

Makes 12 bars


What you'll need: 


A mixing bowl, a saucepan, and an 8" x 8" pan or similar



Gluten-free oats, arrowroot flour, organic coconut milk, organic virgin coconut oil, organic coconut sugar, ground flax, ground chia, blueberries, lemon juice, maple syrup, and chia seeds.
