Blueberry Crumble Bars
Gluten-free, dairy-free, naturally sweetened, vegan and nut-free!
We love a good blueberry crumble, so we were really excited to create this recipe that was gluten-free and dairy-free, naturally sweetened and vegan. We were even able to make this without the use of added nuts. As July is blueberry season, we will be using fresh and local fruit! This was the perfect afternoon snack!
Makes 12 bars
What you'll need:
A mixing bowl, a saucepan, and an 8" x 8" pan or similar
Gluten-free oats, arrowroot flour, organic coconut milk, organic virgin coconut oil, organic coconut sugar, ground flax, ground chia, blueberries, lemon juice, maple syrup, and chia seeds.
