Apple Handpies


We were so excited to create the apple handpie flavour and we cannot get enough of this recipe! These might be the best flavour yet - a mix between a pop tart and a strudel, but better and healthier. A perfect option for someone who loves a good pastry, filled with a delicious apple in the middle, and topped with a homemade  icing. These bars are naturally sweetened with a little maple syrup, gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan!

What you'll need: 


A mixing bowl, a baking sheet, and a saucepan



Almond flour, tapioca flour, organic maple syrup, organic virgin coconut oil, ground flax seeds, ground chia, xanthan gum, apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, monk fruit/erythritol blend, coconut milk, vanilla
