We had to take our delicious cinnamon roll recipe and turn it into an AMAZING apple cinnamon roll bar version! With the crisp apples and warm notes of cinnamon, these bars are perfect for an afternoon snack! The best part - they are gluten-free, dairy-free, and naturally sweetened. One of our favourite new fall recipes!

What you'll need:
A mixing bowl, an 8x8 pan, parchment paper or a silicone mat, and one egg.
