Fruit & Nut Bars

What you'll need

Mixing Bowl
8 x 8' pan
Parchment paper and/or a silicone mat.


Almonds, cashews, pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, sea salt.

 1. Preheat your oven to 325 F and line a 8" x 8" baking pan with parchment paper

2. Add the dry mix and maple syrup to a large mixing bowl. Stir well until everything is evenly coated with maple syrup.

3. Pour the mixture into your baking pan and flatten into a even layer using a large spoon or spatula.

4. Bake your bars for 28-32 minutes. Make sure to watch them carefully near the end - if the bars start to go completely brown, take them out of the oven!

 5. Let your bars cool for at least one hour on the counter, or 20 mins in the fridge.

6. Once the bars are fully cooled, take them out of the baking pan and slice them up in to rectangles.

7. You can do this by pushing down straight using a sharp knife. Its easiest to cut in half, then slice your bars from each half separately.

8. For on-the-go bars, wrap them up in little squares of parchment or wax paper. Enjoy!

Storage for your baked goods

Keep your but bars in a closed container on the counter or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or airtight in the freezer for up to 2 months.
