Classic peanut butter cookies

What you'll need

Two eggs, a baking sheet, and a mixing bowl  
Parchment paper or a silicone mat is recommended but not required.


Standard Option: Organic coconut flour, almond flour, natural peanut butter, organic maple syrup, organic coconut sugar, organic ground flax, baking powder, vanilla, sea salt.

Contains peanuts & treenuts.

1.  Preheat oven to 350F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper

2. To a medium mixing bowl, add everything in the kit plus your two eggs

3. Mix well by hand or with a hand mixer until dough is formed

4. Scoop into 12 balls, roll, and place on cookie sheet, pressing down with a fork in both directions

5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown

6. Remove from oven and let cool on pan. Enjoy!

Storage for your baked goods

Keep your cookies in a closed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or airtight in the freezer for up to 2 months.
